The selected candidate will be responsible for integration with third-party CRM platforms like Salesforce. The company’s retail platform sells various guitars, basses, keyboards, drums, and percussion instruments. The company has managed to raise close to $33 mn in funding. Job Responsibilities:
- Create AWS Connect Connect Flows
- Configure Queues, Routing Profiles, User Management, Security Profiles, Quick Connect, and Claiming Numbers
- Integration with third-party CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Connect flow integration with Lambda, Lex, S3, and databases
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
- Knowledge of IVR and Workflow
- Familiarity with API
- Experience with AWS and CTI
- Expertise in data engineering
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Lambda
- Familiarity with S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch
- Proficiency in English
