- Deliver engaging and personalized online tutoring sessions tailored to students' needs.
- Assess students progress and adapt teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop and execute lesson plans based on the students curriculum and areas of difficulty.
- Create a positive, supportive learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Utilize online platforms and tools effectively to deliver lessons (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom).
- Maintain communication with students and parents, providing updates on progress and challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications: Teaching qualifications are essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in an online setting, is highly desirable.
