Skills Bachelors degree or 2-3 years relevant work experience 2+ years of experience with video production and training content creation Strong experience in multimedia production and media production management Solid foundational knowledge of IT and digital technology, particularly with Apple Devices Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues for both PC and Apple devices Project management and design skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Results-oriented with the ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven tasks Responsibilities Provide specialized support to the Inflight Training team Manage training media, technology applications, and platforms Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and DOT regulations Plan and organize weekly training technical operations Act as the point of contact with Digital Technology, IT, and vendors Lead video content creation and post-production activities Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the production process Ensure the successful meeting of training program criteria Maintain production schedules and technology deliverables Qualifications Minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years of experience with video production and IT/digital technology Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proven knowledge of video editing software and camera operations Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial Education Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred Education Requirements Credential Category Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Experience Requirements 2+ years of relevant work experience in multimedia production, training content creation, and IT Experience with video/photo editing software is preferred Why work in Houston, TX Houston, TX, is a vibrant city known for its diverse culture, thriving economy, and robust job market.
