Our goal is to help our customers launch their products on time, within budget, and to specifications. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Assistant to support the growth of our Baby & Kids product category. The ideal candidate will assist in executing online sales strategies and promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn. This is a fully remote work position. Key Responsibilities - Support Sales Strategies: Assist in creating and executing online sales plans and promotional campaigns to generate awareness and demand for Baby & Kids focusing on mindfulness home products. - Build Promotional Concepts: Help design and implement promotional concepts that support both offline and online sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. - Manage Partnerships: Assist in maintaining relationships with external partners to ensure effective execution of product development and promotional activities. - Daily Social Media Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. - Email Campaign Management: Serve as the email champion for customer engagement, creating and managing email marketing campaigns that promote products and drive sales. - Sales Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales leads through social media, networking, and market research to expand our customer base and drive growth. - Monitor and Evaluate: Support the monitoring and evaluation of online sales activities aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness. Prepare reports on results and insights. - Market Analysis: Identify competitive landscape and articulate market opportunities to inform strategic decisions. - Trend Awareness: Stay informed about new trends in the Baby & Kids mindfulness category to inform innovative product development and merchandising strategies. - Product Development Participation: Actively participate in the new product development process, collaborating with team members to bring new ideas to life. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field (or relevant experience). - 1-2 years of work experience in sales or business development within the Baby & Kids category. Prefer in the home and mindfulness products category. - Proven ability to generate new sales leads and drive customer acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Basic data analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
