Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities: • Operate powered equipment proficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products as required. • Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes with precision and efficiency. • Organize and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying type and quantity according to customer orders. • Scrutinize product quality, labeling, and quantities against customer specifications to ensure precise outgoing shipments. • Monitor and manage equipment batteries or LP tanks, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. • Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies such as unavailable products or damages, managing OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) items effectively. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment, conducting daily inspections for safety and operational compliance. • Support physical inventory processes, participating in counts and audits as necessary. What We Seek in Operations Specialist: • Preferably 6-12 months of previous warehouse experience. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. • Preferably six months of experience operating forklifts. • Certification as a Great Place to Work and recognition as a Top Employer in the US.
