Part-time Remote Bookkeeping Service or Bookkeeper | WFH
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper or bookkeeping service to enhance our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to contribute 8-12 hours weekly, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate closely with our existing part-time bookkeeper, who operates from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday... Please note that we are currently not considering remote work options. As we transition from our legacy ERP system to a new platform within the next two months, training will be provided on both systems to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings. Assist with the renewal of insurance and manage the onboarding paperwork for new employees. Process invoices for factory-direct shipments and perform other general administrative duties. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent time management abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in previous roles.
