Position Summary Under general supervision, verifies enrollment status, makes changes to member records, and addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns. Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates transfer of eligibility data. Required Qualifications • 1+ years of Customer Service experience • 1+ years of Eligibility verification experience • Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel • QuickBase knowledge • Strong data entry skills • Less than 10% of travel for quarterly meetings. Preferred Qualifications • Medicaid or Medicare experience • Experience with working at home • The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible and a team player. Education • High school diploma required • College degree preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
