The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a night shift position with no work from-home option available. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients. Maintain accurate records of sales... activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, with 2-3 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work night shifts.
