We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with medical experience to join our team. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in a medical customer service role. Availability to work full-time on weekends Type 40 wpm Microsoft Office Equipment Requirements: Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor. Hardwired internet connection. Headset.
