E-commerce Customer Service Assistant for Fast-Growing Sports Equipment Brand - Shopify / Amazon - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Customer Service Assistant with Amazon and Shopify experience to support our online operations and ensure smooth, efficient handling of customer service situations... Job Overview As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for addressing customer service queries, particularly on Amazon and Shopify. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Training and SOPs will be provided, however we are a fast moving Company with high expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Respond to customer service queries, such as order status inquiries, using templated messages by Email, Amazon, Live Chat and Text Message. Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30PM UK time advising them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service. Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets. Other opportunities: depending on level of experience, scope to expand the role to cover other aspects of the business including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms. Requirements - Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms. - Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent). Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian in particular) a positive. - Remote Work: Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
