Key Responsibilities • Manage monthly revenue activities, including the close process and reconciliations for deferred costs. • Record journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, assets, and accrued receivables under ASC 606. • Oversee client invoicing, fixed asset management (capitalization, depreciation, and impairment), and equity accounts. • Develop and implement internal controls and support audit processes. • Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency as the company grows. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (strongly preferred). • 4+ years of accounting experience with expertise in GAAP, monthly close, and financial statement preparation. • Recent experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition. • Proficient in NetSuite. • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services industries. • A mix of public accounting and industry experience is a plus. • Experience with NetSuite ARM is highly valued.
