Deliver prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to all guest inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service. Required Skills Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service, ideally within the real estate or... hospitality sectors. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective issue resolution. Proficient in using live chat software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Self-driven and capable of managing time efficiently while working independently. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate information. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service roles is essential. Strong communication capability is required. Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve problems. Familiarity with live chat and CRM systems is preferred.
