Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: (24.05 to )48.10 hourly bonus benefits. The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Skills • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant • Excellent calendar management skills • Ability to quickly adapt and be flexible in a dynamic workplace • Strong integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and a solution-oriented mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail • Proven team player with the ability to collaborate across groups • Positive, can-do attitude Responsibilities • Proactively manage calendar appointments in multiple time zones for multiple VPs. • Accommodate last-minute changes and urgent business needs as required. • Set the approach for how the VPs spend their time and proactively manage the calendar based on strategy and priorities. • Actively flag and problem-solve constraints, ensuring read-ahead materials are provided when required. • Coordinate and perform monthly activities, including consolidating organization charts and feedback compilation. • Manage travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries including hotel arrangements and meetings. • Arrange and manage meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and coordinating logistics. • Assist in tracking team expenditure and monitor T&E and budget. • Assist with recruitment for the team, including scheduling interviews and associated tasks. • Assist in preparing select PowerPoint presentations. • Perform other related projects and duties as requested. Qualifications • Strong experience in providing support remotely to a geographically dispersed team. • Proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of contacts and personalities—internal and external. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Education Requirements • Relevant educational background in a related field. Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential. Experience Requirements • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is required.
