Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service. Assist members with understanding their healthcare plans, benefits, and coverage. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims, billing, and services. Document member interactions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in healthcare. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications. High school diploma or equivalent required.
