We provide both 1:1 coaching and group programs to meet the diverse needs of our clients and help them achieve long-term success. Remote Customer Chat Specialists provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by quickly answering online chat requests from customers. You will provide extensive knowledge about specific products and services, and identify consumer wants and needs. All communication with consumers takes place via our web-based live chat console. Each Chat Specialist is responsible for having dynamic conversations that drive the consumer to want to do business with us. Conversations are not scripted and we pride ourselves in creating relationships and hearing the needs of our customers. Chat Specialists need to think quickly and provide a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs. Therefore, the ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly is a must. Chat Specialists are also responsible for working in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks. Duties Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives. Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested. Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past. Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.
