Key Responsibilities: • Build and Lead: Develop a world-class sales division from scratch. Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing global sales team. • Sales Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth, maximizes market share, and positions Media Scaling as a global leader in social media growth services. • Revenue Ownership: Own the company's revenue targets and consistently exceed them through strategic planning, market analysis, and a relentless focus on client acquisition. • Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders at top-tier brands. Serve as a trusted partner in delivering exceptional client results. • Sales Process: Implement and optimize scalable, data-driven sales processes to ensure efficiency, predictability, and long-term success. • Market Expansion: Spearhead expansion into new markets, identifying and capitalizing on global opportunities for growth. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. • Leadership: Be a key part of the executive team, influencing the overall direction and success of the company. What We're Looking For: • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-growth, online services company, with at least 3 years in a director-level role or higher. Proven experience in building and scaling sales teams from the ground level. • Track Record: A history of driving exponential sales growth, consistently exceeding revenue targets, and managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines. • Expertise: Deep understanding of social media marketing and organic content creation. A network of contacts within the social media space is a plus. • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. A motivational, hands-on leader who can inspire and drive a high-performance culture. • Strategic Vision: Ability to think big and set a long-term vision while also executing short-term strategies to deliver immediate results. • Passion for Growth: A relentless drive for success and a passion for transforming good companies into market-dominating leaders. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, tech stack integrations, and leveraging data to inform sales decisions. • Loves to Work: We are looking for a passionate, self-managing, driven sales leader who loves to work with an obsession-like drive and a willingness to work weekends as necessary to get ahead. This is a highly rewarding and competitive position with a limitless income potential in a fast-growing company. $60,000 annual base pay offered, +15% commission on all closed deals below $10,000; 5% commission on all closed deals above $10,000; and a 1% commission override on all closed sales from the sales team. Our services range from $7,500 - $1,500,000.
