This position is commission based and is for new entrepreneurs who's looking to Start their career in real as a investor and who's teachable. Your role would be to contact homeowners who's looking for help with their real estate need. For new starts you'll be trained and taking a one on one course to learn the business that comes with a sign up. Afterwards you'll be commissioned based. This position is only for entrepreneurs that's serious. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of real estate transactions from initiation to closing. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer serv?ice Market properties through various channels to attract home sellers Proven experience in real estate administration or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. Effective... communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with clients Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
