Quality Analyst / Content Moderator

Job Summary We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analysts or Content Moderators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile applications and software products. This role involves conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product performance. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality assurance and technical support. Duties • Perform root cause analysis on identified issues to determine underlying problems and recommend solutions. • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and best practices within the team. • Provide technical support as needed to resolve issues reported by users.
