Outbound Call Center Representative - Remote Work - Must be Resident of Ohio

Incept is a NE Ohio Top Workplace looking to hire remote or in-house call center employees. Applicants MUST reside in Ohio. You will be trained on an initial program and then considered for transfer to a variety of programs all with a common goal: to provide exceptional customer service that strengthens the relationship at each touch point. This customer service representative role is phone based... (both inbound and outbound). Programs we are currently hiring for are: • Blood Donor Recruitment – Inbound/outbound calls & texts to schedule appointments for future blood donations and provide reminders Other programs you may be considered for in the future: (dependent on schedule, skill set and client need) • Customer Service – inbound/outbound calls assisting customers • Order Processing- inbound calls from customers looking to place orders • Cross Selling – Outbound calls to previous or current customers offering additional products of interest. Applicants will be responsible for providing a quiet workspace free of distractions, along with their own equipment meeting minimum standards that will be provided during the application process.
