What You’ll Do • Provide HR support to small businesses across the US primarily via email. and assist the HR Account Manager assigned to those accounts. • Deliver world-class customer experiences by building strong relationships and offering clear, actionable HR solutions. • Advise clients on HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws and business practices. • Resolve complex HR issues, such as employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, and policy development. • Maintain a high level of service by meeting key performance indicators, contributing to client retention and overall growth. • Educate and train clients and their employees on Bambee’s products and services. What You Need to Know • Earn Money: We pay $3.50 per HR request. The expected completed volume is 50 cases per day, which can translate to around $46,000 annually at almost full-time. Your payout will be based on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys you receive. Higher satisfaction scores lead to higher payouts: • 91%+ CSAT: 120% of payout • 85%-90% CSAT: 100% of payout • 75%-85% CSAT: 75% of payout • Below 75% CSAT: 50% of payout • Flexible Schedule: Handle HR requests when it fits your schedule. No minimum hours required—work whenever suits you best. • Support: Bambee provides you with comprehensive HR support, training, and access to resources to help you succeed. Who You Are • You have 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR disciplines and best practices, particularly in employee relations and labor law compliance. • You have experience in customer success or are eager to develop those skills. • You’re a passionate, proactive person who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering top-notch HR solutions. • You write clear, concise emails and are highly organized, empathetic, and adaptable.
