Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with parents and educational teams to develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). • Deliver customized lessons via our digital platform, catering to each student’s distinct learning requirements. • Monitor academic and behavioral progress, providing individualized assistance as needed. • Maintain regular communication with families to discuss their child’s development and additional support options. • Work in partnership with general education teachers to foster inclusive educational environments. • Stay informed of special education regulations and actively participate in ongoing professional development. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills for engaging with families and collaboration with school teams. • Proficient in the development and management of IEPs. • Skilled in delivering tailored lessons through online educational platforms. • Ability to track and report on student progress effectively. • Knowledgeable about special education regulations and compliance requirements. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline. • A valid Ohio teaching certification with an Intervention Specialist Endorsement. • Professional liability insurance is required. • Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of experience in telehealth or educational settings.
