Marketing Research Analyst

Description: • OneRail provides last mile delivery solutions. • Seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Research Analyst. • Deliver actionable insights through market, customer, and competitive research. • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; analyze data; present insights. • Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects. • Collaborate with external research firms. • Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends. • Interpret complex datasets and present insights. • Determine and recommend methods of research. • Proof and edit documents and reports. • Identify new research opportunities and improve methodologies. • Track and predict market trends. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. • Analyze customer behavior to inform strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. • 2+ years in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics industries. • 2+ years... leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required. • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, market analysis frameworks, statistical analysis and research methodologies. • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey platforms, like SurveyMonkey. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously. • A team player and true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills. • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required. • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
