Responsibilities – Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations. – Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies. – Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. – Resolve issues related to flight delays, cancellations, and other travel disruptions. – Process payments and refunds as necessary. – Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
