Mid-Weight Social Video Editor/Designer (Part-Time Contract)

About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a creative and experienced Social Video Editor/Designer to join our team on a part-time, contracted basis. If you’ve got a keen eye for fashion and beauty trends and a passion for crafting thumb-stopping content, we’d love to hear from you! This role will focus... on creating organic and paid video assets across social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (Meta) and Pinterest. You’ll work remotely but must be able to travel to London for occasional meetings (expenses covered). There’s also potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position for the right person. Key Responsibilities: • Edit and design compelling, on-brand social media video content (organic & paid) for a range of clients. • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion, beauty, and social media trends to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and bring them to life. • Work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ensure content is optimised for different platforms and adheres to brand guidelines. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a video editor/designer, ideally within the fashion or beauty industry. • Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.). • Strong design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Experience creating both organic and paid content and a strong understanding of content that is native to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). • Understanding of social media trends and platform best practices. • Able to work independently from home but available to travel to London for occasional meetings. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
