Mobile Plumber (Social Housing) Start Date: ASAP Location: Tower Hamlets Pay Rate: Competitive One of our largest clients within the Social Hosing market are currently looking to employ Mobile Plumbers covering the Tower Hamlets area on long term temporary Contracts with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates. Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Duties: Covering all aspects of maintenance, repair/refurbishment services within a social housing environment Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required. Process all tasks/works electronically utilising a hand held device (PDA). This includes, but not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before / during / after, van stock replenishment etc Requirements Qualification/Apprenticeship in Plumbing (Min Level 2) Maintenance /repairs experience Social Housing experience preferable Excellent... communication skills UK Driving License No criminal record If you're interested in this position, please apply online asap.
