Data Analyst for Project Management Team (VBC) Remote

We are currently seeking a full-time Data Analyst for the Project Management team (Value-Based Care) to join our team remotely. The Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging Sun River Health’s available data to provide a clear understanding of Sun River Health’s performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP, to drive performance improvement. Essential Functions • Leverage data from the ARC Tool, the ROI Tool, and elsewhere to provide a clear, transparent view of Sun River Health’s performance in value-based payment contracts, beginning with MVP. • Develop materials –reports and presentations for a variety of audiences that promote Sun River Health’s performance management and improvement work within these contracts. • Analyze data for the purposes of evaluations and improving reporting, transparency, and company goals. • Participate in project management meetings, develop reports based on assigned projects. • Provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives.
