Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert in IRT systems, providing essential guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Design and implement tailored IRT solutions that align with the requirements of our clinical trials. Oversee IRT project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and adherence to schedules. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve IRT-related challenges and provide swift, effective solutions. Establish and uphold IRT standards and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in clinical supply planning activities, including resupply algorithms and inventory management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IRT processes to adapt to evolving industry needs. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in IRT management with a focus on clinical trial systems. Strong understanding of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Proficient in IRT systems and related tools. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. A proactive problem-solving approach and the capability to work autonomously. A commitment to innovation and a passion for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
