Our company is growing quickly, with a lot of room for growth and opportunity... What Will You Do? Physicians are the life-blood of our business. To provide great care to patients we must be able to schedule the physicians properly, create a good working environment, assist with technical issues as well as follow-up on patient care. In this position you would be an account administrator which includes overseeing physician appointments, working to solve issues as they arrive during patient care, and corresponding with the client's team on a daily basis. You will be in contact with the physicians on availability, patient status and handling any issues that arise. You will also be working with our main client to transfer patients and reschedule appointments due to platform issues, increased volume and/or physician unavailability as well as follow up care. Being able to maintain a good relationship with the physicians as well as with our clients is paramount. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Overseeing the waiting room for our multiple clients. • Handling all connection issues for providers and patients. • Scheduling appointments as they come in via call, email referral or client. • Send in any order clarifications needed. • Track ancillary service orders. • Escalate any new client calls or issues. • Handle / report real-time provider and coverage issues. • Production and tracking work. • Any other responsibilities assigned. What are the Hours? • 8:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday - Sunday • Opportunity to grow to full time with the company, or stay at part time depending on your preference! Preferred Qualifications • Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal settings. • At least 1 year experience in either worker's comp or healthcare industries, or 5+ years in customer service (WC experience preferred). • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred!
