Communicate clinical outcomes to members and their physicians within specified turnaround times. Research and respond to incoming calls and emails promptly. Contact pharmacies and physician offices to gather necessary information for requests, occasionally assisting members. Training Overview Duration: 6 weeks of paid distance learning. Format: Interact with instructors and peers via video and chat applications. Audit Phase: Two weeks initially, potentially extending based on performance. Support: Receive guidance from trainers and senior team members; self-motivation is key to success. Performance Metrics: Track your progress and success. Pay: $18.00 per hour, with potential for temp-to-hire after 6 months. Job Start: Late August. Candidate Requirements Internet: Reliable internet service. Workspace: Private home office space. Skills: Strong computer skills; proficiency test required. Environment: Quiet and uninterrupted household during work shifts; external multitasking is not permitted.
