Job Description
What you get to do in this role: Support the legal team by managing workflow assignments and coordinating legal tasks. Maintain and update the repositorys legal documentation. Assisting in managing the tracking system for legal tasks. Work closely with attorneys and internal clients to ensure smooth coordination of legal tasks Provide general administrative support to help the legal team their objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have: 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or legal support role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and high level of integrity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams in various geographic locations Ability to understand and manage complex issues. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
