Job Description

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our e-commerce operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings, conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that our online presence remains strong and effective. In this role, you will be expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. – Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce. – Strong knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform. – Excellent written and verbal communication skills. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities – Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon. – Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. – Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. – Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent inventory shortages. – Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales. – Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns. – Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
