Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity... - Salary up to $137,800 annually - Comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contribution - Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization - Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. - Incentive and recognition programs to reward performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop marketing reporting and analysis data infrastructure for Government Programs - Execute and maintain marketing forecasting, tracking, and reporting processes - Identify new data points to enhance analytic capabilities and convert them into actionable information - Drive the implementation of a Government Programs view of consumer into reporting and forecasting - Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to address them What is Required (Qualifications): - 3+ years of experience in building marketing data and analysis capabilities - 3+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data analytics) - 3+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks - Advanced knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools - Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate effectively across a matrix organization How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 3+ years of database marketing and project management experience within a matrix organization - Experience with forecasting marketing or telemarketing campaigns - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics - Highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail - Proven organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity #HealthcareServices #RemoteWork #DataAnalysis #CareerGrowth #CompetitiveSalary At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
