Skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficient in data entry and typing • Familiarity with database management systems • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities • Maintain the database by entering new and updated customer and account information • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information • Establish entry priorities and process customer and account source documents • Review data for deficiencies and resolve them using standard procedures • Enter customer and account data accurately using keyboard or optical scanner • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information • Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete • Purge files to eliminate duplicate data • Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data • Secure information by completing database backups Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous data entry or related office experience preferred • Basic computer knowledge and skills are a plus Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category • High School Diploma Experience Requirements • Experience in data entry or related office roles is preferred • Familiarity with computer systems and data management Why work in Carrollton, TX Carrollton, TX, is a vibrant city known for its diverse community and excellent quality of life.
