Corporate Account Manager - Walmart

Your Role: This position will work remotely out of Northwest Arkansas. You will work with new and existing partners within the Dot Foods – Walmart consolidation program to ensure a excellent customer experience. In addition to managing existing client relationships, you will also help establish new business relationships. Key activities and priorities include the following: • Conduct Walmart home office calls to facilitate growth and maintain existing relationships. • Work with manufacturers and brokers in NWA to educate them on our consolidation program value, consignment, and overall Walmart relationship. • Participation, coordination, and leadership at retail industry events. • Leading various internal customer initiatives and solving complex problems so that Dot can more effectively service Walmart. • Volume and expense budgeting for this area of the business. • Leading continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste • Collaborate with... multiple departments and management team internally and externally to increase service level and increase customer satisfaction.
