Warehouse Support Associate

Job Description: Assume total responsibility for all warehouse operations, including equipment, products, while prioritizing world-class standards of safety, quality, reliability (SQR) and customer 1st strategy. Responsibilities: • To achieve the daily order targets, handle and preserve assigned machines and attached merchandise professionally • Responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals by enforcing the use of proper PPE • The ability to monitor and control the quality of a product is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and brand reputation • Regular training and refresher courses should be provided to warehouse personnel to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures related to warehouse work • Demonstrate expertise in the safe and effective operation of a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles, while also displaying proficiency in employing multiple handheld tools • Organize the maintenance and restoration of warehouse machinery to keep them functional • Complete safety observations • It's important to keep your work area clean and tidy to prevent any potential health and safety hazards • Make sure that all safety protocols are strictly followed and all required personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn • The process of completing paperwork and documentation involves gathering and organizing information, filling out forms, and signing legal agreements. All of these steps require attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, as errors or omissions can lead to serious consequences • Seek guidance – don't be afraid to ask for help or advice from a supervisor or colleague.
