The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: • Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours • Learning the production processes • Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees • Being a hands on, working supervisor • Performing set up work including hanging tools, mixing material and loading resin • Cleaning hoppers and grinders • Sampling The background of the successful candidate will include the following: • Two or more years of plastic injection mold setup experience • Two or more years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience • Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday • A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years • A US citizen or possess a green card • A residence within 45 minutes Apply Job!
