Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented A&W Cantor Window Manufacturing Software Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Invanti and Cantor tickets, obtaining necessary approvals, coordinating with the help desk, arranging migrations, and managing Cantor security assignments. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational... abilities, and a strong understanding of the A&W Cantor software system. Key Responsibilities: • Ticket Management: • Oversee and manage Invanti and Cantor tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up. • Prioritize and escalate tickets as necessary to ensure efficient handling of all issues. • Approval Coordination: • Obtain necessary approvals on A&W tickets from relevant business stakeholders. • Ensure all approvals are documented and communicated effectively. • Help Desk Coordination: • Contact and follow up with the help desk to address any software-related issues. • Provide detailed information and context to facilitate prompt and accurate support. • Migration Arrangements: • Coordinate software migrations with the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Send out notifications to relevant parties regarding migration schedules and updates. • Ensure all necessary preparations are in place for smooth transitions during migrations. • Security Management: • Manage Cantor security assignments, ensuring appropriate access levels for all users. • Regularly review and update security settings to maintain system integrity. • Task Management: • Follow up with Team members on tasks due and update statuses. • Assist Team with Interteam communications when required. Qualifications: • Proven experience with A&W Cantor window manufacturing software. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in managing technical support tickets and coordinating with help desks. • Understanding of software security management and best practices. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in coordinating software migrations and managing user access levels. • Previous experience in a similar role within the window manufacturing industry Apply Job!
