Training And Development Engage in an extensive training program during the initial 4-5 weeks, designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge. Training compensation is set at $17 per hour, with progression to increased compensation upon successful completion of assessments. Training consists of instructor-led web-based sessions and video modules to facilitate learning. Please note that there is no paid time off (PTO) available during the first three months. Essential Responsibilities Manage 20-30 calls daily, with an average duration of 8-9 minutes per call. Provide education and assistance to customers concerning their benefits plans. Process enrollment transactions and address any arising issues. Accurately document all customer interactions within the client system. Utilize call guides to access client-specific information and deliver precise responses. Required Skills At least 1 year of experience in a call center, hospitality, or retail customer service role. Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to manage multiple monitors and adapt swiftly to new systems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications Background in employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or claims processing is advantageous. Familiarity with COBRA and retiree processing preferred.
