Customer Care Voice Associate - Remote

NTT DATA is currently seeking Remote Customer Care Associates to join our Providence, RI team. • Must be located in RI, CT, or MA, and have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required. • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). Responsibilities • Answering members inbound calls regarding verification of health insurance benefits, eligibility and claim status. • Supporting less experienced team members and handling escalated issues. • Interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues. • Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities. • Strong focus on quality including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. • Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team. Required • High school Diploma or GED. • 3+ year experience in customer service. • 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts. • 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications. • Minimum internet speed of 20 upload/20 download. • Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required. • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
