Job Description

Lokking for an experienced Data Analyst with 4+ years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and AI Product analytics. This position requires a strong proficiency in SQL queries, and experience with user analysis tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar, as well as the ability to build dashboards in AWS QuickSight or similar tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Experience in crafting narratives to clearly explain the product data story, trends and results. Key Responsibilities • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from our databases to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and objectives. • Product Development Support: Assist in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user stories based on data-driven findings. E.g. The purpose of this is to assist the product manager with providing data for features in Generative AI products we are building and deploying. • Value and Metrics Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs) to measure the success of AI Product performance. • Dashboards: Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in AWS QuickSight or Tableau to present general data findings as well as creating systems to track AI product model performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with AI engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project implementation. Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience • 2 to 4 years hands on work experience as a Data Analyst in a tech startup or a digital transformation and innovation organization. • Proficiency in writing SQL queries • Experience using Python libraries to create data visualizations (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly etc). • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. • Experience with a dashboarding tool like AWS Quicksight or Tableau • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present analysis / narrative to various groups. Nice To Have • Experience in AI-Powered and Generative AI (LLM) products a plus. • Experience with Sagemaker is a plus. • Experience with user analysis tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics or similar. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
