Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Help Desk/Field Support Specialist to provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within our organization's desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
