About the client: The client is a platform dedicated to helping employees connect with suitable jobs and career growth paths through advanced AI technologies. Our services focus on non-IT market niches, offering unique tools like CV analysis, skill recommendations, and career management support. Position Overview: We seek a talented and experienced UX Designer who can enhance our existing design... to create a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate knows how to make web applications and will have a strong background in UX design, a good understanding of human-computer interaction, and the ability to produce high-quality work quickly using tools like Figma. Experience in coding (but not purely HTML/CSS) is REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities: • We have built something and is functional, can you make it better? • Improve and refine the current functional designs to enhance user experience. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design improvements. • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. • Provide input on website design and coding to ensure cohesive user experiences. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Requirements: • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and human experience interaction. • Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma. • Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly and efficiently. • Experience in web application design and some coding knowledge. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A proactive and self-driven approach to work. Project's Tech Stack: • Front-End: JavaScript, CSS (Tailwind), Astro framework. • Back-End: Node.js, Python, OpenAI. • Databases: Relational and vector databases, Postgres, drizzle-ORM. • DevOps & Cloud: Docker (for containerization), AWS (for cloud services). • Automation & Testing: Playwright. • AI & Machine Learning: Python, OpenAI.
