Job Description

As a remote Amazon Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through multiple channels—including phone, email, and chat. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. 6. Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails. 7.
