This part-time role involves managing inventory, overseeing Amazon account activities, and handling imports from China. The ideal candidate will have experience with Seller Central and Nineyard tools... ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Amazon’s policies. Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management: • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. • Coordinate with suppliers and track shipments to ensure timely restocking. • Generate and analyze inventory reports to optimize product availability. • Amazon Account Management: • Maintain and update product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and images. • Monitor account health metrics and take proactive steps to address any issues. • Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Import Coordination: • Oversee the import process from China, including communication with suppliers and freight forwarders. • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for customs clearance. • Track shipments and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely receipt of goods. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar e-commerce role. • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and Nineyard. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role. • Familiarity with import regulations and processes, particularly from China. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination. • Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and best practices for maintaining account health. • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
