Sourcing, Capital planning and financial analysis aimed at supporting adoption of access technologies requiring technical expertise in emerging industry technology categories such as 3rd party/hybrid/on- premise cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) SW, Radio Access Networks, Next Gen Business Support Systems, Automation, transformational SaaS and PaaS, disaggregated network solutions, data warehouse and analytics, and direct chip supplier relationships, while supporting a... technical client organization and cross-functional technical programs/projects to forward progress AT&T technology. Technical Sourcing managers would lead financial analysis and capital project management along with assisting client organizations to set strategy to support business process and post contract sourcing operations for strategic, and broad supplier relationships. Key Roles and Responsibilities: -Capital planning, strategic planning and big thinking inclusive of technology development and advancement incorporating the cloud, hardware, software, Xaas, IoT, AI/ML, Automation, etc. -Technological expertise and adeptness close to our BU stakeholders to offer them appropriate level of sourcing and cost analysis support to ensure solutions conform to technology strategies including: -Effectively understand the offering, costs of what we are buying, alternatives, and how solution compares to our current solutions already used in company; Understand and translate network architectures, technology evolution and deployment models to ensure cost elements and contractual terms align to business value; Understand technology cost drivers to align pricing models with value realized by the business. -Business process, cost management and governance to ensure single version of truth of spend data for enterprise use, optimization, compliance, automating where applicable. -Ability to work seamlessly within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to drive change and action. Best practices knowledge within and across industries including an ability to translate those learnings into application for AT&T. Project Management skills to oversee one a small to large project that may involve cross- functional teams. Job Contribution: Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
