Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the Delta mission of connecting people and embracing the world.
