Customer Care Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, & CO Only)
Description Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting Must be able to pass a typing test with 40 WPM. Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references. Pay: $16.50/HR Hours: Must be available between 8am-7pm Central Time Mon-Sun (will have 8 hour shift 5 days/week) Contract Duration: Open-ended contract for peak season (expected through Jan/Feb 2025) Start Date: October 18th (first day is orientation + 2 weeks of training) 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston) - Equipment Provided About TEKsystems We're partners in transformation.
