Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Competitive base pay with premium pay offered for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid Time Off that starts to accrue with your first pay period, plus paid holidays and a floating holiday • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development, including education reimbursement • Flexibility to work remotely for candidates located in Missouri • Employee assistance program and referral bonus program What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Field inbound calls from members and providers for assessment and triage • Conduct initial inpatient admissions for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients • Make patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care • Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan • Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care What Is Required (Qualifications) • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; Licensed Ph.D., or an RN with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in the State of Missouri: LP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or RN • 2+ years of post-master's or RN experience in a related mental health environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays per assigned schedule How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Inpatient experience and crisis intervention experience • Behavioral health utilization management experience • Call center experience and dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse • Experience using Interqual, ASAM, and/or Locus criteria • Experience coordinating benefits and utilizing multiple resources for patients #HealthcareServices #MentalHealth #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
