We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design and build engaging learning experiences for eero audiences. The ideal candidate should be an experienced LXD with a deep understanding of adult learning theory, project management, and a demonstrable portfolio of high-quality engaging learning content. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to leverage data to develop and measure learning impact. Key job responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer You Will Lead instructional design projects from scoping and analysis, through design, development, implementation, and evaluation to measure impact Design curriculums that offer best in class learning experiences Work with key stakeholders including UX, Products teams, Partner Success Managers, and CX to create curriculums that align with business objectives Partner with subject matter experts across eero during the project lifecycle Advocate for the learner experience, ensuring the needs of the learner are at the forefront of curriculum design A day in the life Daily, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences across multiple modalities for a variety of eero audiences. You will manage end to end analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of medium to large scale curriculums. Daily, youll work with strategic partners to incorporate business goals and objectives into developed learning plans to drive measurable outcomes. You will leverage industry standards to build best in class learning experiences including multimedia assets. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 3+ years of instructional design or learning design Strong business acumen with a track record of success Excellent communication skills and ability to convey insights from complex analyses to internal and external entities Ability to think strategically and tactically with attention to detail Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success Experience developing content using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Flash and Software technology like HTML, Javascript for Web Design basics and tools for any integrations and content hosting requirements Ability to travel both domestically and internationally ( Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results Strong ability to prioritize and experience with meeting multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with vendor, client, or customer-facing experience Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and their applications in L&D Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
