Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at BCT Partners, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You will play a crucial role in providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all users. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Required Skills • Excellent written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. • Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service. • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems. • Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Experience with live chat support is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.
